I own a 1999 F-350 7.3 2WD Turbo Diesel. A few months ago I placed 2'' spacers under the front springs to level the truck, and ever since the truck has been feeling very loose and unstable on the road. Any ideas? or anyone with a similar problem?
Get rid of the spacers asap that's dangerous to have them. If I recall right in my state that's aginst the law to have blocks under the springs. Get rid of them and find another way to level the truck out before you get yourself hurt... Please.
Welcome to FTE. I think John is confused and thinking of the 4wd vehicles with front leaf springs instead of your 2wd with coils. Which kit did you get? Are the stud extenders down tight?
Most importantly, did you get an alignment after you installed the leveling kit. Ball joints and tie-rod ends in good shape? Getting the alignment and getting the tires back straight should tighten up the feel of the steering a bit.

Your right because I have a 4wd I think everyone else in the world does too lol. I usually speed read too and over looked that. Lol. Get the alignment checked and make sure everything is tight
