I remembered when I changed my hubs from auto to warn Manuel hubs I had a hard time finding a special washer. Now a friend of mine wants to change he's hubs to Manuel on a 95 1 ton but I donot remember what all I did to change mine. If anyone could help it would save me some time.

If his truck has 3 bolt auto hubs, then get the Warn conversion kit along with the new hubs. If it has 5 bolt auto hubs, it shouldn't need the conversion kit.
