Engine missing, shaking truck

I now have a miss in the engine it shakes pretty good like a cammed up big block at the lights!. It does not go away, just smoothes out a little when you get up to 2500 rpm or when you let off the throttle, but not entirely. I have replaced all glow plugs, gpr, uvc harnesses, changed oil regularly, All injectors ohm out. Does this sounds more like a compression issue or bad injectors or turbo going south? Any ideas or thoughts? The check engine light is not on, no water in the oil, no leaks.

Do you have a manual trans and a dual mass clutch and flywheel?

Might check the 42 pin connector for fraying. If it is arching it could act like this.Unplug the CPS and check to see if it is dry in the connection.

My truck was doing the same thing and it turned out to be a bad injector. Your best bet, is to get the truck on a scanner and run a cylinder contribution test. That will show you, if it is a weak/bad injector.
