a good book perhaps?
I also got "performance fuel injection systems" from the guys over at DIYautotune.com (which is a great company, i got my megasquirt stuff from them) and while it did an awesome job describing efi and how to implement it on different vehicles (and I very much recommend it for anybody getting into fuel injection), including an awesome section on EFI tuning. it didn't quite have the theory I was hoping for (consider that i have been reading about this system for years now)
i don't regret purchasing either.
anybody know of any good theory books?
I have also read "motor oil for a car guys soul" by Kevin Clemens but didn't quite relate as much as i had hoped, the author talks 99% about European cars so I didn't relate quite as much as I had hoped. I found more in James Mooneyham's books, such as "sirens". even if the are a bit hokey and the older I get the faster I was.
so I would be up for some good automotive fiction (or even non-fiction if it is written well enough to be engaging)
I'm 7000 miles away from my projects and the online parts shopping sprees aren't as bad when i got something to read, but I think I'm getting withdrawal symptoms...
any suggestions would be appreciated.
and BTW I usually go kindle, then order the printed to send home if i like it.
There was one funny (ha ha ) review there. Guy gave it one star, but his review was a rant about Amazon's price for the Kindle version. Don't think he actually ordered the book. He got flamed by 2 commenters! Never saw that before.

A little old, but gives a lot of background & theory of operation. There's a pic in my Album section.
