On this Memorial Day weekend, lets' think about the brave men and women, who gave their lives so you could have your freedom.
Think about the families, who gave a son or daughter to that cause and think of all the people who are now free because of the sacrifices that American soldiers have made throughout history, many of them giving their lives for it.
Let's Celebrate Memorial Day for what it stands for and not as a 3 day holiday weekend. - "Garret Watson"

I agree 100%. I wish all so called Holidays were recognized for what they really are. Not just a party time.

Good Evening everyone. Took a nice ride into the Kofa National Wildlife Refuge today. I never realized how many 4x4 roads were there. We went in about 17 miles before we met a truck coming back &we stopped & talked & the two guys said that about a mile or two further the road got real bad. They had a 4x2 F150 a newer one & they said that with our 4x4 we probably could get through but they were having clearance issues with rocks. So we decided to turn around. I will go back up one day with our Jeep & see just how bad it is. Our Jeep is pretty tough to get stuck in. 10 ply M/S tires with posi. The Blazer is a great 4x4 but not what are Jeep is. I'll find another vehicle to travel with. The rocks were bad as far as we went.
But it was a fun day. Not a lot of people traveling though. Both I-8 & I-10 were not very busy.

seriously we had a couple brown outs today. the dogs wouldn't even go outside.
going to Prescott the suburban wouldn't even shift in to overdrive the wind was so hard.
