I have 1100 dollars left to buy stuff for my truck. I have already spent mucho dinero on the engine. cam, carb, intake, pistons, port and polish, headers, bore, roller rockers, valve springs, flowmasters and more. I want some input on what you guys think I should spend the money on? I need a new windshield for sure. Maybe a new ignition?
Protect your investment and install an alarm - a nice one, not one of those annoying ones. Maybe a remote hood lock if you don't have on already and a locking gas cap.
Send my 460 to Hans my machinest for a full do over i am talkin 60 over align bore it new bearings head work I want it all...LOL
Seriously do what you feel is right, like fix all rust and body work so the body will last as long as the rest of it.
if it was my truck i would make sure everything else is good such as the trans. and the suspension. If that was in good shape i would just fix the body, get all the trim pieces inside and out, put in a nice sterio, paint the body, and get new tires and rims.
RIMS - get a nice set.
