Morning Rick, Tim, Bruce, 16, Steve, John (enjoy time off). We were supposed to get Tstorms last night - nada. Just enough rain and drizzle now to keep me inside. Trying to re-do side steps, roof over them and vinyl siding on the house. Sometimes (most of the time) I think FEMA is a joke.

Was able to get a bunch of aluminum to scrap yard, decking on the roof,rain,off the roof,rain stopped, back on the roof to get on felt, more rain, thunder off the roof. Quit for the day. Tomorrow is another day, John.

Good evening Virginia! George, John, did a bunch of crap outside today, it was 80°, now its 64° and raining. Whats with the weird crappy weather this Spring? My son graduates from college tomorrow morning. This has been a long time coming, he's 28 , I thought he was going to be a professional student.

Thanks John, we're hoping he can find a job, He has an interview in K.C. Missouri. My wife and I would like to see him off of our payroll before we go broke.

Congrats, Rick. Professional students are not fun. It took one of my son's 5 yrs to get a 2 yr degree. He finally finished paying off his loans. I had a 529 going for a grandson it made $18 the first year. Then dropped $4k. Cashed that in and bought a Mustang for investment.
