strange distributor?
I have been working on my boat getting ready for summer 95 351ho. I found i had some sticky lifters so pulled the intake and put in a set of rhodes lifters, i also pulled the distributor which was pretty coroded where the aluminum housing met the steel block. I put it all back togeather today and couldnt get it to run for anything, i loosen the distruibutor hold down clamp and it fired right up. i found as soon as i started to tighten the hold down bolt it died. If i pushed the housing foreward while it was loose it died, pushed backward it ran fine. Is it just the bushing? Everything was running good when i shut it down last fall. I bieleve its a breakerless malroy
