Truck sat for a week and when I started it today cel came on. Scaned it and pulled P3016 "misfire detected in first 1000 revs "code. Any thoughts?

If this is what I read it is, that could be drop of water in the fuel or air bubble.
I would clear it and see if it comes back.

I cleared it. And it's been fine the rest of the day with multiple restates. I read something about low fuel n bubbles somewhere I thought. Was close to E and re fueled right after. We'll see???????Thanks bro.
