F250 starting problem

I have a 2001 ford f250 super duty with a 5.4l. It will not start. It has power and I checked all of the fuses and they are good. When the key is turned the, other than radio, etc., nothing happens. My instinct tells me it may be a starter issue. Any suggestions?

Did you try jumping it from another vehicle?
Have you checked the battery cables to see if there corroded or lose?
Check them down at the starter too.
