engine swap

hi all, newb here. i own a 2000 ford e-250 cargo with 5.4 with 160000 kms that run flawless ,but like every e-series van in Canada, it's rusting away.

my question is: there is a 2004 f-150 for sale neer my place with a seized motor, the truck is in great shape with 270000 kms on it and i would like to by it and drop my vans engine and tranny in it, the vans eigth digit is an L an the truck is a 5 on the vin, is it a lot of trouble or pretty straight foward. thanks for your answers.

2000 is a 2 valve..2004 would be 3 valve unless its a Heritage model ( old body style left over from 03 and sold as a 04) All electronics would have to be changed I would think.
I would think it would be cheaper to buy replacement motor to replace the seized engine.

Do you think you could trade the van for an '04 motor in good shape?
