Hey guys...first time poster here.
I recently purchased an 03 F-250. It's SuperCrew with the FX4 and 6.0 in it.
I bought the truck with stock wheels and 285/75/16 tires (I believe are stock also) .
The truck already has Rancho shocks on it, but I am looking at adding a 2.5" leveling kit. If I add this leveling kit, will I be able to clear 315/70/17 tires with little-to-no rub?
I am also looking at buying the Moto Metal 951 Chrome wheels. Anyone had problems with these wheels or set-up in the past? Any input is appreciated!
Welcome to FTE. I don't think the 285's are stock. You can look at the sticker inside your door jamb and it will tell you the stock size tire. If your 285's don't rub now, the 315's should be fine with the leveling kit.
I thought 285's would just barely rub on a stock truck, but it seems like the 315's fit fine after the kit. Just make sure you check out the backspace and offset of the wheels to make sure they fit right.
Hey welcome to FTE i have 285s not stock 235s stock . See that you have a 6.0 , the 6.0 diesel section is the place to hang just scrol down a little farther to find it . Motor questions don't bother in the SD sec
