smooth then rough

My 69 F-100 runs good when first started, takes off from a stop good, but after 5-10 minutes of driving, the idle at stop is rougher and it doesn't take off as well as when it's first started. Plugs and wires are good, carb re-built not tooo long ago, rotor and cap replaced. Any ideas?

timing or vacuum leak after it warms up...is the timing set original?...if so, it's probably tired...pull the fuel pump, look inside the hole at the timing gears and chain. could also be tired fuel pump getting ready to die...check pressure and volume. put a vac gauge on the engine and check vacuum.
