'89 F250 460 no fuel pump

I've been following the threads, trying a few things, no luck, it's time to post. The truck's been sitting for 3 months, now no fuel pump when I turn the key on. There's power to the relay that I just replaced (yellow wire, I assume from the fusable link). I find no power at the inertia switch. The tank selector quit working about a year ago, so I've been running on front tank. On the tank switch plug, I find just enough power on one of the middle contacts to just barely make the test light bulb glow. Is there a fuse somewhere for the fuel pump? Does anybody have a wiring diagram that they could post? Thanks in advance, fella's
