Disconnect the heater hoses & back flush the heater. Insulate the heater hoses with some of that pipe insulation you buy at Home Depot or Mynards.Make sure the contols to the door that regulates the heat works correctly. Put in a 195 degree thermostat. I live in Nebraska & it works great on my 92 F 150 v8, 89 Bronco II ect.:-X12
