Dana 60 Steering Knuckles
I was wondering because i broke my driver side steering knuckle on my 79 f-250 with dana 60 front if any other year knuckle would fit. i know they used king pins from 78-91.5 but are the knuckles the same for those years?

Ford Dana 60 knuckles, from 1985 to 1991 will fit, but the taper for the tie rod is the next size smaller

I put gussets and plate on mine welded with a high nickel rod with pre heat then slow cooled in a dry bucket of sand along with my hydro assist steering upgrade to handle the extra stress. As stated in the d60 bible ford knuckles are prone to cracking over chev/ dodge so beef your junk up.
