Timing Belt?
Hey if someone can offer me advice: every morn when i go to work and start up my truck it screeches with the ugliest sound- I have narrowed it down thinking maybe the timing belt? I bought with 50K, and never have had it changed- can anyone offer me advice, is it possible to do it yourself (from a girls standpoint)

Timing Belt?
I guess the timing belt *could* shriek a little if it was off center on the pulleys, but normally not. It has teeth that make it non-slip, and if it did slip, it would get the cam timing whacko.. and if older, the ignition timing.... So, if it is running fine, the noise is most likely the A/C, power steering, alternator, water pump belt(s)
