Progress on my 54 interior

Hey guys, sorry for not being on here lately but I've been working a lot at my job as well as on my F100. I just finished upholstering my roddoors rubberless headliner and made my kick panels. I have pictures and will post as soon as I get them uploaded.

Will do. Unfortunately I won't make much progress this week as it's supposed to rain for the next 5 days. I swear I've been taken from KY and dropped in Seattle with all this rain we've had.

Very nice job on the interior pieces! Looks like it'll be on the road in no time. I viewed the pics in your "Build" album and left you a visitor message with a couple of questions. Keep us posted on further progress.

Thanks. I used the original frame. It was sandblasted, repainted, then the local upholstery shop replaced several springs, added new foam/padding then recovered with the 2-tone vinyl.

Wow I was about to ask If you rebuilt the seat...you read my mind...
Anyway I need to get my seat rebuilt,It still has a lot of old horse hair and old stuffing that falls and creates dust everytime I go over bumps....I will soon tho.gotta find a good shop.

I lucked out. To buy replacement foam and a stock black seat cover was going to coast me about $420 after shipping. The shop here locally only charged me $500 for everything. And to top it off I wasn't even expecting the roll and pleated look so that was an added bonus for me. BFC Upholstery is the shop I used and they are located in Covington KY just a few minutes south of Cincinnati, OH. Awesome bunch that run that shop.

Glad to hear you found a great shop. its hard to find a shop that still cares...
I didnt know it was "pricey" to rebuild a seat I was thinking it was going to cost me 300 max but I gotta be prepared when I take mine in.
Is the seat vinyl too???

Outstanding seat! You got a great price on the finished product. Love the roll and pleat look.
