Electric Hubs

Does anyone know if it is possible to convert a 1997 F250 Super Duty 7.3 To electric hubs? I have had 6 knee surgeries and a back surgery and am just getting too old to get out in the mud and snow every time I need to go in 4X4. I found a thousand articles about how to go the other way, but none showing how to add them.

That's because nobody wants auto hubs lol.

I don't know what it would involve to do it as far as parts and money, but I'm sure someone here can answer that.

Welcome to FTE!

I've converted auto to manual so I don't see why you wouldn't be able to go the other way. Wish I could help.

I don't think the 8-lug hubs were ever available in auto. I've never seen a 3/4 or larger with auto-hubs anyway.

Many did. I got rid of mine after they broke.

You ar looking for AUTO hubs, Not Electric hubs.

In order to put auto hubs in you need

AUTO HUBS
and
Auto hub wheel bearing nuts.

And wait till they break on you then all you have is 2wd
