i'm going to be fabricating a weight bar for the front of my '77. i have a good idea on how i'd like to do it, use reese tubing so that it is removeable. but i would like to know how others have made them for your trucks... Pictures are a definete PLUS! just trying to see if theres something i like more than what i've got in mind.
i just plan on tying into the crossmemer that goes beneath the oil pan, and removing some metal in the front crossmember behind bumper to tuck it up under. i'm going for a clean but sturdy look. its only going to hold between 250-650 lbs, depending on what weight class im running. thanks.
