New member question

Hey, I'm new to the f-250. I have a 05 with 6.0.
My question is can I add a turbo back 4" exhaust with out the cat on. Will this hurt the motor of send a code. Thanks. Just trying to get the heat out fast.

o yea go for it!!! thats how mine is but i have a 5" its better for these trucks IMO anyways

Thanks guys, I haven't thought about the 5". I don't want it to be loud, those days are over for me. But I do like the whistle.

5" in actually too big unless you are going to add bigger sticks. It will actually hurt your low end without enough back pressure. Most will recomend going 4" unless you are planing to go with bigger turbo and sticks. I went with the 5" myself, but only because I plan to add the big upgrades enventually, and I didn't want to have to redue my exhaust.
