Talking HELP dash removal

Hi Crusty. Like you, I wired up the harness to the brake controller, and then couldn't find the plug. I looked for similar posts in the heavy duty truck section, and found the answer there. You do not need to take that dash cover off. Just remove the fuse panel cover under the steering column. The plug is to the right of the steering column, and is attached to the other side of the metal frame supporting the dash. Its hard to see, but its there. I used a small mirror and flashlight to help find it. The male connectors are facing downward. The wires going to the plug are larger and more colorful than the other ones under there, and come from the passenger side of the X. Hope that helps!
