Tough clutches?
Lets talk clutches. I have learned that a kevelar clutch is about the strongest you can get. What are the negitives on a Kevelar clutch. Tell me if i am wrong but i believe the price would be a lot higher, but what are some bad parts i should be worring about?

Here is what i know already: Kevlar is about the best clutch material you can buy. Smoother engaugement, does not wear as much metal (on fly wheel and if used a intermediate plate). Does anyone use Kevlar clutches that would like to share? I know someone that had a subaru 5 speed car with a Kevlar racing clutch and he was really really hard on that car.... He never got the clutch to go on it at all. It held up like a champ. I know someone else who has a 5sp ford probe and it has a 2 stage racing clutch that is Kevlar. He gets to third gear in a matter of seconds, and squeals the tires the whole distance. I know many many semi trucks use a Kevlar clutch out there. Any more input guys?
