power issue/rough idle
I have a 96 PSD, bought it cheap for a work truck. It needed some work, but ran ok. Over the past few months I have changed out the IPR vavle, all new injectors (AP), Fuel pump went out replaced it with AP pump, new CPS from IH, valve cover gaskets as well, & rebuilt fuel pressure regulator. I run new filters and fluids regularly. The truck has a 18k mod and the EBPV shunted out at 43. The problem is with or with out the mods and crossover line it still has a bad rough idle shakes a lot and the colder it is the worse it is through out the rpm band, like a miss. Also pulsates at idle. Has 50 psi give or take a couple psi at idle for fuel, passes a cylinder contribution test on a snap-on brick....REALLY NEED SOME HELP ON THIS ONE Thanks.

Also forgot to add, that the IDM was changed out recently and the ICP pressure in neutral is around 600 and if you rev it up in neutral with no load it will go as high as 1800 seen it close to 1900psi.
