Hard tonneau or soft? My '05 hard tonneau wouldn't. I think the bed is the same, but the '11 tailgate has a flare/bump-out at the top, and the '05 didn't.

I can't say about the Extang, but I just had a Roll 'n Lock E-series (electric) cover installed on an '11 F-450. Had to order the cover for an F-350 as the F-450 wasn't listed. We had to make one modification because the tailgate locking system doesn't work with the step tailgate. Not a big deal because I lock the tailgate with the key anyways.

Ordered my Extang tri fold today on Ebay. I stopped at two places to see this cover and both wanted $449.00 for the cover. I thought the price to be high so I looked on Ebay and got one for $250.00 to my door. I like to buy locaal but it gets harder and harder..... I understand Brick 'n Mortar vs. some guy at home on his computer, but $100.

I had a Extang RT on my 01 and there website said they're re the same. But I had to trim the rubber blocks and about 1/4" of the frame rails to get it to fit and close the tailgate. I don't have a step.
