Prolly the fastest is with a tuner...but get a good one that can be customizable to what every mods have been done. but you're looking at $400-600 for it. good info here Questions About "TUNES"? Read This! - F150online Forums

Keeping it tuned and doing & keeping up with general maintenance is the next best thing...everything else is going to cost more $$$
Alright thanks I'll probably save up for one. Any ideas on exhuast for this truck. I know the that I should take the pre cats out but im scared about getting service engine lights from that.

From what I understand on the exhaust...stay with 2 1/4-2 1/2 pipe and good tuner like gryphon will be able to help with the CEL....if done correctly shouldn't be a issue....if you're looking to spend those kinda $$$, save up for Long tube headers and performance will come with it....this way you're doing the exhaust once. You'll most likely see economy improve too....but not right away...you'll like the sound too much
