The truck is this close to going to the scrap yard. Brakes still wont work. New MC, new booster, and rebuilt brakes all the way around. Just finished the rears yesterday. The pedal goes all the way to the floor, will barely stop the truck even in neutral and then wont come back up. To top it off the vacuum pump is ticking like it does when you have a leak, but when I unplug it from the booster and plug it it goes away. What do I do guys?
Sounds like you have air in the system.
You need to bench bleed the master cyl (if not already done) then bleed the brakes in this sequence, right rear, left rear, RABS module, right front, left front.
Forget about the booster and vacuum pump until you have the brakes working.
