TPMS, again. Very confusing.
I talked about this recently and thought I had the problem solved, apparently not. I only see the warning when I pull my RV. Question::::Why does it appear when ONLY pulling a heavy trailer and never when just normally driving? All pressures are set correctly, according to manual and dealer. I don't understand this and the dealer doesn't have a clue. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Never had the problem you described. I was going to ask if it was a front or rear wheel but I just remembered we don't have individual tire pressures.
Does it stay on the whole time with the trailer or only flickers? I could see where a tongue weight and a dip or pothole in the road could cause a momentary pressure increase.
