2000 f150 5.4 ..im currently using penzoil 530 high milage. seems to be getting low after 2000miles is a heavier weight suggested

Not sure what weight is required for an F150 5.4 ,but it should say what is required in your owners manual..

You might also post this in the F150 thread..

Problem could be caused by poor rings or valve seals..

I had a 76 F250 that was like that and it was the valve seals..
