so if i can lower the rear of my truck by removing a few leaf springs can i do the same with the front end

Yes, you can. Just don't wind up with fewer than 4 leafs total, or the main leaf will break. Keep the main leaf and drop every other one.

How much will it drop a truck if you remove everyother spring in the front and back?

the best way to tell is to measure every other spring and then add the toatal
