Injector prices vary greatly depending on NEW or REBUILT. You can send your injectors in to Rosewood for a build/upgrade and get away cheaper, but there are some parts that cannot be replaced via a rebuild. Some parts can only be replaced by getting new injectors. How are your injectors running right now?

Your prolly better off buying a whole set, it will end up being cheaper in the long run. Now would be the time to upgrade to stage 1+ if you have plans of bumping up the power

x3 on sending them to rosewood. worth every penny and likely will end up being cheaper to boot.

Wow the dealer around here quoted $500+ for one and I asked about reman and he said" same part#-$384. exchange." These guys are real crooks, they should be running for congress or something. I know Jim is a supporter, so he'd be a good one. and there are others. Stay away from the chain stores.

My local stealership was asking $625 a piece. I could get 4 from Jim for that, and I trust Jim. Mind you, there was no shipping charges at the dealership, but I think I could handle a little shipping cost to save that much.

The cost does kinda suck, but I wanna see an IDI perform like a PSD. LOL

Don't buy from a parts store.
Go with a good injector shop or buy from Alliant Power.
ALL Ford injectors are reman, unless they have a personal connetion with Alliant Power, which most do not.

Wow.
My cost on brand new Delphi injectors is almost twice that.
Pretty sure you're quoting reman IDI prices.

Even a turbo IDI can't outperform a PSD, but with the money I save driving an IDI, I really don't care driving in the slow lane when I tow something

I miss my old 6.9 everything was easier except fuel filter changes, and the power issue was not really an issue ..
