Most of us do not and will not reside in the People's Republic of Kalifornia. Hell, they don't even do any emissions testing where I live. Probably one of the top three reasons I don't live in the Seattle Metro area anymore.

 

Haha.. I hear you on that one!! We do have those "pockets" here also where no smog all goes by registration but im sure if a Kalifonian commercial officer were in a bad mood and pulled over a "said non compliant individual", there would be issue... Go figure

Sure do... as well as 15mph and 25mph runs on the dyno! I completely biffed on pulling timing before I went in, but ln my case it didnt seem to matter. Truck ran near zero emisions so maybe he just cut me some slack?
