Bienvenidos Jorge! Para conversacion, mi espanol no es bueno :P while you can drop the 4.6 in, it will require major electrical changes. Some involving simple wiring and others, such as the PCM which could lead to dash changes. Depending on the transmission you would have to change that too. There are detailed write ups on this site so spend about a week doing your research and you'll have a better idea of what you're doing. It's not a plug and play or easy mods like the 60s-early 80's were. There's ALOT of little things that could hold you up. Like a throttle cable, speed sensor and others. Best idea would be to get a donor truck so you can pull all these little things off. Best of luck to ya!

For me personally, it's too much work. more than I'd want to get into even knowing what Im doing. I'd buy a truck that has a v-8 in it and go from there. Do you have the trans wiring harness as well? If it was all mechanical it'd be a piece of cake. But with the tuning and everything it's not worth it to me. Don't let me discourage you too much. It can be done. It's just rather difficult. Your best source of info is going to be researching these boards and looking up all the specifics.

You need the transmission wire harness. And the ECU for that trans.
Then you have to worry about the (PATS) anti theft system. The truck will not start unless the ECU ,ignition and gauge cluster all are programed to match up.
You would ether need custom tuning to turn off the PATS or have a Ford dealer reprogram the ECU to match the cluster and ignition.
