Need help E4OD upgrade/rebuilt
Hello,
I have a 1991 F-150 Lariat 2WD that I had a friend who works for Ford rebuild the tranny for about 5 years ago with all new Ford parts.
I am putting a new engine in the truck,
351 New Boss Block, now 408 cu in motor
Trick Flow Twisted Wedge Heads, TEA Ported/Flowed
Vortech Si Blower
I don't think the tranny is gonna make it to long with the new motor combo.
I need to know where to buy the best rebuilt/performance kit or trade mine for one already built. I would prefer to just drop ship one built to swap out for mine. But, IF I can find an expert in Nashville, TN to rebuilt mine, I could just buy the upgraded parts. Anybody know someone?
My truck is in Nashville, TN at a friends house getting the motor installed and I'm in NC, the tranny guy my friend use to use, has retired.
