Help Please

iI have a 2004 F150 with a 5.4 Triton engine and when it gets warm the passengerside valve cover starts making a noise,any help would be great.

I'll try to help. But I have to assume it's a noise coming from UNDER the valve cover. Is it a tick sound or a knock sound? There is lots of information on this site about cam phasers making noise. Some guys say it sounds like a diesel. Latley there has been some information about VCT solenoids getting gummed up so they can't control the cam phasers. Do a search on here about both. Oh and welcome to the forum.
