F-250 4x4 warm starting issue

We have had the same issue with our truck for about 2 years now and decided I would come to the pros for some advise. Truck starts very easy when its cold, cranks quick and starts quick no issues with idle. Once it has been running for long enough to get warmed up (not over heating) if I shut it off or crank the wheel to far and it stalls then it cranks very slow and never even gets close to acting like it will start. Once I have let it sit for 30+ mins then it starts back up no issues. Any suggestions out there? Thanks for any help.

Sounds like a bad starter to me.
