Well, the outside you sweat more, so you burn more calories, burn more fat, and condition your feet for when you do have to run outside.
I just ran the mile or so from work to get guys. In uniform and heavy boots.

Well, it's time to get on buying some more truck parts! Going to be doing that a lot this weekend.

 

So after looking all around my truck and carb and not being able to figure out what was keeping it from working correctly, my neighbor came out and helped us find that the bottom gasket was leaking on the carb (between the spacer and manifold). So hey, got that taken care of and she is running than better before.

And I'm not really into that "sweating" thing you talk about either lol jkjk. I honestly love to sprint, just waiting for it to get warm enough to run on the high school's football field after they practice.
