Finally winding down..
PT says my lower back between vert 1 and 5 should arch backwards approx. 30 degrees. mine will only arch 4 degrees before I will cry like a little baby.. He says that several of my lower verts are more or less fused together, and that the two on each end of them are responsible for the rest of my back curvature. Those are the verts that ache, which he says explains my back pain.
