Rick, we haven't been through Peoria on the last couple of trips. We went up to Michigan on I-80 this last trip as we went through Nebraska. On the way home we were in a hurry and had to be in Kansas City this morning to attend a grandson's soccer tournament. We will be headed up again in July sometime, but haven't picked a route. We usually go on US 36 to Springfield and then up 55, but cut off south of Chicago and cut across on 21 into Indiana.

Good morning guys. I'm still on eastern daylight time from being in Michigan.
John, I haven't driven the 54 for a couple of years because It is torn apart awaiting my putting it back together in a rebuild.
Rick, we usually take US 36 across northern Missouri to Springfield and then up I-55. With the camper we often choose slower routes.
