starter relay click is not fixed

starter relay click is not fixed
Wrote about starter relay clicking and starter not turning on 4/1/11. Terminals at selenoid, batteries, and relay have been cleaned. Battery voltage is 12.6. Added booster battery to circuit. Only clicks. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the replies.
Sanded terminals, added lock washer and used longer nut [metric, 12 mm socket required] on ground terminal. Ford parts has a package of 4 nuts with attached washers, $28. Used my own.
Starter is working now. Will see tomorrow.
