Good luck. Looks like a good solid truck. Don't take offense, but I've got one thing to point out. I can't see it all very well, but it looks like you need to find some jack stands or preferably block up that truck on those gravels before you get killed. And get the handle of that jack out from between the radiator and bumper. If it falls, the coroner will have to bring his own jack to get you out. Not trying to rain on your parade, just trying to keep you safe.
EDIT: Apologies. Harrier is right. Looks like there is a yellowish jack stand under there. I knew a guy who got crushed by a vehicle. It's just something I worry about.
I think I see a jack stand on the passenger side. I bet the driver's tire is on the ground. I think.
Nice start to the tear down, for me it is a long slow process with zero budget, but it sure is fun.
Hey, would your user name be that you are a distance runner? With maybe a 26:16 8k pr?
i am not offended. and yes there is a jack stand under it. and i now have the tire back on it. and the radiator and support off. today i am expecting to tear the heads off so i can start seeing what kind of beast i have inside the motor.
