Question with Demething

Basically i wanted to know the best way to evaporate the methanol off the BD in the processor tank before i transfer to the wash tank. heres my idea -

I want to vent the evaporated methanol off of the processor tank to let the soap fall out, that way i can drain the soap off the bottom and then transfer to the wash tank for a much cleaner wash. what is the best way to do this and quickest. i try and turn 40gal batches out in 3 days max. (weekend)

I use a "Eco-processor" design. Anyway, after I drain the Glycerol off, I heat the bio up to ~185 degrees to boil off the methanol. After it cools down, I pump it into a cone tank, where more Glycerine drops out. I can usually get about 2 gallons of methanol recovered...
