Its not to bad at all. If you check out that link above it gives you the install directions for your specific vehicle.
If I remeber correctly it's only 6 or eight wires maybe ten but not bad.
I had writen down the wire the colors when I took it out of my 07 but cant seem to find the notes.

I just added another link which contains a few more compatible vehicles.
I should add that a few of the install sheets refer to the security options. This unit does not have an alarm only remote start and keyless entry. What it does do security wise is if the doors are locked with the key fob and not opened with thekey fob or door pad it wont start.
The install is really not that bad as GTGT said. Would be a good project for a nice sunny Sunday when theres no hockey on.
