Starting problem

Hey guys I appeciate all the help with my past questions. I have one that really has me stumped. It is not really a starting problem, but just something that happens when I start my truck. It fires right up. Then, it idles for about 2 sec., then stumbles like it is going to die, and then returns to normal. It only does this once and then idles just fine. If I put it in gear when it goes to stumble, it dies completely and is extremely hard to start. After getting it started from that condition then it idles fine. Sounds strange, but hey, its a ford. Any ideas. The truck runs fine other than that. I have cleaned the throttle body, and Iac motor to cure a rough idle. It also has new plugs wires, cap rotor etc.

Vaccuum leak maybe?? My truck has that problem only a little worse. Anytime I put it in gear I have to push on the accelerator or it will stall. I have a big vaccuum leak from my intake manifold. Maybe you might want to check for vaccuum leaks. What year is your truck, and what engine does it have??
