early 99 or 99

early 99 or 99
I know i've seen the answer on here before, but for the life of me I cant find it now. My door sticker date reads 2/99. Does this mean its an early 99 or a 99. I assume its early based on the Feb. date, But something tells me I read somewhere that early 99 had a date of 98? Maybe I m just imagining that. So whats the verdict ...early 99 or 99? When it comes to front suspension early 99 may stretch to 3-22-99.
