After jumping through my a$$ trying the last 3 weeks to get the scaffolds up for a T/A
they decided yesterday to push the T/A back to the fall.
I guess they are making to many $$ to shut down now...lol

That's what they call em in a refinery, an Outage at a power plant & some folks call em Shutdowns - time when they patch these raggity son of a guns up to run a few more years...lol
Funny to think about how much work would get done on a T/A 20 years ago & what little they take the time to repair nowadays

Oh, okay. We call ours outages. Hey, as long as you got paid, that's all that counts! We had a huge outage in 06, the largest replacement of new equipment of any one plant. We actually cut a hole in the side of our contaiment building to get the new equipment in. It was weird seeing daylight in the containment building!
