Turn Signal Issues..

So I just picked up a 1996 Bronco with a 5.8 pretty good shape with only 91k miles. Everything seems to be working... except the turn signals.

This is kind of strange. Sometimes they work some times they blink on the front, and sometimes they don't work at all. The four ways do the same thing! I did notice that sometimes the dash lights (turn signal indicator) won't like up but the turn signals will be work... other times everything works perfect.

Any ideas? I checked the bulbs, everything is ok or replaced!

The problem is most likely in the multi-function stalk on the column. I've got the same issue right now but just biding my time because I'm in mid engine swap. Will most likely just replace the MF stalk... (and that's Multi-Function not the other meaning although for as far down as you have to tear the column to replace it, it could be the other meaning).

Is there any way to test this? Also it would be the blinker relay in the fuse panel by chance would it?
