<!-- In 1st Post Ad --><TABLE border=0 width="100%" itxtNodeId="732" itxtHarvested="1"><TBODY itxtNodeId="733" itxtHarvested="1"><TR itxtNodeId="735" itxtHarvested="1"><TD vAlign=top width="100%" itxtNodeId="736" itxtHarvested="1">Hello ,new here,thanks for reading,travelling through the mountains the other day in my 09 f450 ,started climbing a large hill and I poured the coals to her,rapidly climbed to the normal 131 kph(max),flying along, all is normal ,then immediate power loss,down shifting..downshifting all the way to first gear,now crawling to the top of the hill,no lights or noise...nothing.Now at the top I pull over and pop the hood and get my son to hold full throttle ,no real noises or anything,(On a previous 06 I had a intercooler tube pop off and that is exactly what it felt like) all appears normal,carried on down the road barely accelerating down hill,waited for a straight stretch down hill section,rolled the key back ..waited for a couple of seconds ...reflash...no indications, runs normal again...no problems on my way back...anybody ??? </TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

 

Sounds like the engine defueled for some reason.

 

Well I don't know,it is a mystery that ford will shake their head at being that no light came on , is it just me or do other people get from the dealership "Geee , never heard of that before"
