Question Another Lift Question????

I currently have 10.5" front and 11.5" rear of lift, the rear of the truck still looks *** low. How much higher are you guys going in the rear to make the truck look level? (jetjock, rollnxl, yeti, keithf, dcspecial, etc.......)
thanks guys for any help as always!!!!!

Another Lift Question????

Mine is approximately 2" higher in the rear! May be a different rule of thumb for a SD. I prefer it be level or a slight rake with the rear being slightly higher.

Another Lift Question????

Question #2
Where do you get a more accurate measure. From the top of the tire to the top of the wheel well OR from the ground to a bodyline( like the one that starts at the fender all the way down the bed of the truck?

i'd bet that the best place to measure would be the frame

Another Lift Question????

I got 6" springs with 3.5" hangars up front,(diesel skyjacker) for a total of 10.5"-- go figure?

and in the rear i had the skyjacker 8" springs on the stock block(about 2.5inches) ......... it wasent enough so i ordered a skyjacker 5" block, measures 5.5" tapered to 5" for axel alignment under the 8" springs, so that would say about 13.5-14" of lift for the rear......... and it only sits about 1.5" higher in the back......... its hard to get it where you want it, just keep experimenting and dont have any ladder bars or custom drivelines made till your happy with the height and are willing to stay with it.
good luck
