No it is rubber. I am assuming that I would replace it w a silicone one. Maybe it's not stock it had a different intake on it when I bought it and I put the aFE II on it. Probably could use an intercooler boot.

Thats straight from AFE you could try to give them a call an see if they would sell you just that part, or even give it to you because it went bad, explain to them your situation it may still be under warantee

You might also be able to match it up at advance auto, they have some stuff like that on the performance shelf.
